This little chap was really singing out at the top of his voice when we walked into town the other morning.
I had decided to take my Canon 300D with 100-300 zoom. Having not used the zoom for sometime, I just thought I’d do it on the spur of the moment, carrying the 18-55mm “standard” lens in my pocket (with the proper lens caps on!)…
Hearing this robin, I tried to find him and it seemed that the bird came down on a closer branch to pose!!
I zoomed in on him and he just stayed there singing away. The result is an un-cropped picture shown above; funny how his “best side” was presented to me!!!
Just a very pleasant result of actually making the effort to keep the camera with me…even on a short walk to town!
